About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, managing inventory, maintaining high-quality standards, and ensuring seamless kitchen operations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative menus that showcase your culinary expertise
  • Manage kitchen staff, provide guidance, and ensure they meet high performance standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Conduct regular inventory checks, order supplies, and manage kitchen budgets effectively
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a fast-paced restaurant setting
  • Proven track record of menu development, kitchen management, and staff supervision
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or related field; certification from reputable organizations (e.g., C-Certified Culinarian) is a plus
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks efficiently and meeting deadlines
What We Offer
  • $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience
