Job Title: Response Centre Specialist

At London Drugs, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences and protecting our assets. As a Response Centre Specialist, you'll play a critical role in our Loss Prevention Operations team, ensuring the safety and security of our locations and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor company locations remotely to detect and prevent potential loss situations.
  • Respond to incidents and emergencies, providing support to internal customers and partners.
  • Prepare incident reports and evidence packages to meet company and legal standards.
  • Conduct daily compliance audits and telephone interviews.
Requirements:
  • Current provincial security worker license with a security guard or security monitor designation.
  • First Aid & W.H.I.M.I.S. training.
  • Basic working knowledge of computers, networks, and security systems.
  • Understanding of criminal code sections applicable to Loss Prevention and protocols for evidence collection.
