  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Assist clients with special needs and ensure their comfort.
  • Work Environment and Requirements
  • This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • A high level of attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
  • Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Permanent employment with 35 to 44 hours per week.
  • Primary language of work: English.
