Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Customer Service Manager to join our team at Tru by Hilton in Bracebridge, ON. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and leading a front desk team to excel in this role.
About You
To be successful as a Customer Service Manager, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience working in a hotel environment, preferably with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham, or Hyatt processes and standards. You will also need to possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work well under pressure. Additionally, you should have basic computational ability and be proficient in using computers.

What We Offer
As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary estimated at $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on your experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, vacation pay, and holiday pay, you will also have opportunities for career growth and professional development through our manager training program. Your Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all front desk operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your duties will include receiving and resolving guest complaints, managing front office personnel, maintaining accurate records, and performing other tasks as requested. You will also be required to maintain open lines of communication with each department, respond positively to new ideas, and adhere to all work rules, procedures, and policies established by the company.
