Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at Shell Shop. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage staff and assign duties to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand and competitor activity.
  • Determine merchandise and services to be sold, and develop effective marketing strategies to drive sales.
  • Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
  • Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and volunteers to ensure a high-performing team.

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management.
