We are seeking a Financial Planning Expert to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As an Investment Advisor, you will help your clients reach their financial goals while working within the RBC brand.

About the Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners. You will leverage RBC's extensive investment and wealth management resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans for your clients.

You will be responsible for providing strong planning and financial advice, helping your clients make informed decisions about their investments and financial futures. If you have excellent people and problem-solving skills, a passion for financial planning, and a keen interest in portfolio management, we want to hear from you.

Requirements
  • 4-6 years of outbound sales experience
  • Comfortable earning 100% commission
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or equivalent qualification
  • Strong relationship building skills and an ability to connect with all types of individuals

A few nice-to-have qualifications include direct marketing experience, financial services expertise, and completion of relevant certifications such as CPH, PFP, CIM, and CFA.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $120,000-$180,000, based on location and performance. The exact salary will depend on factors such as experience, qualifications, and performance.
