Salary: The estimated salary for this position is $120,000-$140,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
Job Description: Reporting to the Director, Pharmacy Services, you will be responsible for drug distribution and clinical pharmacy services. You will practice pharmaceutical care, ensuring safe medication management and adhering to relevant legislation and professional standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm D degree, be licensed (Part A) in the Province of Ontario, and possess good computer and keyboarding skills. Experience in a computerized inpatient hospital pharmacy environment is preferred.
