We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Financial Advisor to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As an Investment Advisor, you will have the opportunity to help your clients achieve their financial goals while building a successful career.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position offering a comprehensive compensation package, including a base salary of $65,000 per year, plus unlimited earning potential through commission and fees. Our Financial Advisors work in a flexible environment, leveraging our resources and guidance to build and run their own businesses within the RBC brand.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities as a Financial Advisor will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide personalized advice and solutions
- Leveraging RBC's extensive investment and wealth management resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans for clients
- Fostering trusted, long-term relationships with clients using personalized service and advice
- Establishing and maintaining reciprocal relationships with RBC partners to ensure clients are supported in all aspects of their financial lives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 4-6 years of outbound sales experience and a strong passion for financial planning and portfolio management
- A keen interest in building relationships and connecting with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
