About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative and Financial Director to join our team at C4I Canada. This is a permanent position that offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to take on a leadership role in our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Allocate resources effectively to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Authorize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs that align with our mission and vision.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, demonstrating exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, and executive staff, providing necessary authority and creating optimal working conditions.
  • Manage events and ensure their successful execution, showcasing expertise in logistics and project management.
  • Conduct performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and guidance to team members.
Supervision and Team Management

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising 11-15 people, with a focus on developing and managing staff in various areas of responsibility. Effective leadership and mentorship skills are essential for this role.

Technical Requirements
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Work Experience

Prior experience in management is required, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.

Travel and Transportation
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel internationally are essential for this position.
