Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 2588636 ONTARIO INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Cash Handling and Inventory Management
Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms to ensure accurate financial records.
Inventory ControlOrganize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking, ensuring that our restaurant is always well-stocked and ready to serve.
Health and SafetyEnsure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
Customer ServiceAddress customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Operations ManagementPlan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure that our restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees- Newcomer Recruitment
Recruit newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster, providing them with a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Credential RecognitionSupport newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition, helping them to integrate into our team and contribute their skills and experience.
Support for Youths- On-the-Job Training
Offer on-the-job training tailored to youth, providing them with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed in their roles.
Work Term and LanguageWork term: Permanent. Work language: English. Hours: 30 hours per week.
