Job Overview
We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative in Commercial Lines to join our dynamic team in North Bay, Ontario. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing legendary service directly to clients, handling inquiries, and processing transactions efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Process additions, deletions, or changes to client policies on our broker management system (EPIC).
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions and renewals.
- Communicate with insurance company personnel as required.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and trust with clients and colleagues.
Requirements
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- A professional demeanor at all times, maintaining confidentiality and trust.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and eligibility to obtain a RIBO license.

Compensation
The salary for this position is between $45,000.00 and $60,000.00 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you'll be eligible for bonus pay and a range of benefits, including extended health care, dental care, life insurance, and more.
Work Environment
This is a full-time, permanent position working in person, Monday to Friday, during regular business hours.
