About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team at HIGHLINER STABLES LTD as a Stable Hand. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care to our horses and ensuring the smooth operation of our farm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Animal Health Monitoring: Regularly inspect and monitor the health of our horses, identifying any potential issues and taking prompt action to address them.
  • Livestock Feeding: Prepare and distribute nutritious feed to our horses, ensuring they receive the best possible care.
  • Farm Machinery Maintenance: Operate and maintain our farm equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and performing routine maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Stable Cleaning: Clean and maintain our stables, barns, barnyards, and pens, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our horses.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Work Site Environment: Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Physical Capabilities: Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs) and work independently.
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, positive attitude, and attention to detail.
Work Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 32 hours per week. The work language is English.
