Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Coordinator to join our team at Friends Investments Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management staff.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management staff, including preparing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Coordination: Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for our management staff.
  • Budgeting: Assist with budget planning, preparation, and monitoring, ensuring that all expenses are in line with company policies.
  • Policies and Procedures: Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, customers, and suppliers.
  • Data Entry: Perform data entry tasks, including updating databases and spreadsheets.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
