About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our team at SuiteSpot. As a key member of our PropTech solutions team, you will be responsible for leading the implementation process from end to end, ensuring seamless integration of our solutions with our customers' systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead implementations, working closely with customers to uncover their pain points and suggest relevant SuiteSpot solutions to alleviate those issues.
  • Configure and test systems, providing ongoing configuration maintenance support for customer accounts, and responding to incidents and providing Level 2 technical assistance to end-users.
  • Manage communication with clients and stakeholders, building meaningful relationships with key contacts to ensure project business and technical objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Development team members to identify expansion and upsell opportunities, and develop targeted adoption programs to increase engagement with the solution.
Requirements
  • Experience using JavaScript and MongoDb, with a strong understanding of configuration files and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex technical details to a non-technical audience.
  • A collaborative approach, with a focus on building trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset, with a passion for staying current with the latest tools and best practices.
