Job Description

We are hiring an Implementation Consultant to lead the solution implementation process from end to end. You will work with customers to gather and verify requirements, configure the solution, and train their team to increase adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead implementations and work with customers to uncover their pain points and suggest relevant SuiteSpot solutions.
  • Create engagement and manage communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure project business and technical objectives are met.
  • Collaborate and communicate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Development.
  • Provide technical support and ongoing configuration maintenance for customer accounts.
Requirements
  • Passion for connecting customers with technology to solve problems and make work easier.
  • Experience using JavaScript and MongoDb, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A growth mindset, with a natural curiosity and drive to research answers and adapt to setbacks.
