Food Service Supervisor Job Description at Allmost E-commerce Ltd.
**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Allmost E-commerce Ltd. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
* Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food presentation
* Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
* Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and excess
* Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
* Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform inventory management and cost control
* Prepare and submit reports to management on department performance and areas for improvement
* Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient service
**Requirements**
* Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
* 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
**Work Environment**
* Temporary work arrangement
* English language required
* 40 hours per week
