Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Establish and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and training as needed to ensure excellent customer service.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing any issues promptly and taking corrective action as necessary.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner, providing solutions to resolve issues.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related industry.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent standing, walking, and lifting.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a variable schedule of 32 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
