Food Service Operations Manager

GURMAT ENTERPRISES LTD is seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food service establishment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Establish work schedules and delegate tasks effectively, ensuring that all staff members are aware of their responsibilities.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.
