Job Summary

The Rooms Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of all operations in the rooms area departments, including Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, and Housekeeping. This role involves managing staff, improving guest and employee satisfaction, and maximizing financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Rooms Operations team to achieve guest satisfaction and productivity goals
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for cost reduction and program improvement
  • Collaborate with the Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, and Housekeeping teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest concerns and feedback

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or a related field
  • Or 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field, with 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or a related field
