Job Summary:
As an Operations Manager - Rooms Division at EightSix Network, you will play a crucial role in managing the execution of all operations in the rooms area departments, including Front Office, Engineering/Maintenance, and Housekeeping. Your primary objective will be to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing the financial performance of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of staff to ensure seamless execution of operations in the rooms area departments.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction and employee engagement.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for cost reduction and program improvement.
- Collaborate with the General Manager and Regional Director to perform annual Quality audits.
- Ensure a viable key control program is in place and review financial statements, sales, and activity reports to measure productivity and goal achievement.
- Conduct human resources activities, including interviewing and hiring, employee feedback, and disciplinary procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with 4 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or a related field.
- Or, a 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related major, with 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or a related field.
What We Offer:
EightSix Network is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusion. We offer a competitive salary range of $53,000 to $67,000 annually, depending on experience.
