We are seeking a highly skilled Rooms Operations Manager to join our team at Delta Hotels Waterloo. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the execution of all operations in the rooms area departments
- Lead a team of staff to meet or exceed property goals
- Monitor compliance with standards and procedures
- Strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction
- Maximize the financial performance of the department
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area
- Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area

Delta Hotels Waterloo offers a competitive salary range of $53,000 to $67,000 annually, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
