Retail Store Manager

We are seeking an experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Best Canadian Dollar Store. As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, including managing sales teams, coordinating tasks, and maintaining inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Team Management: Assign sales workers to duties, hire and train or arrange for training of staff, and establish work schedules.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing losses.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong background in retail management, preferably with experience in supervisory positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
- Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
