Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Establish work schedules, manage cash, and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, supervise and coordinate activities of workers, and conduct performance reviews.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
