Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of retail staff to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.
  • Authorize Payments and Manage Inventory: Authorize payments by cheque, manage inventory levels, and ensure accurate stock counts.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and meet business needs.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage Cash and Prepare Reports: Manage cash handling procedures, prepare sales reports, and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
Work Environment
