Retail Store Team Lead

At Best Canadian Dollar Store, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
- Establish work schedules to ensure that our store is adequately staffed at all times.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform our business decisions.
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our store is well-stocked and that our customers have access to the products they need.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that our store is running smoothly and efficiently.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail.
- Standing for extended periods.

- Efficient interpersonal skills.
- Excellent oral communication.
- Work Term: Permanent.

- Hours: 35 hours per week.
