Retail Store Supervisor Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Goodvibes Cannabis Inc. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and develop a team of retail staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
- Authorize payments, manage cash, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Order merchandise, manage inventory, and maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Establish work schedules, supervise staff, and conduct performance reviews.
- Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of retail management experience.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet tight deadlines.
- Reliable, accurate, and client-focused with excellent written and oral communication skills.
