About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Director to join our team at Intyk Inc. as a key member of our marketing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis

Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.

Marketing Strategy Development

Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including product launches, brand awareness campaigns, and lead generation initiatives.

Team Leadership

Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of marketing campaigns and projects.

Collaboration and Communication

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and effective communication of marketing strategies and initiatives.

Performance Measurement and Evaluation

Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.

Requirements
  • Education

A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.

Skills

Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
