Job Summary
We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Quebec City office. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide support to our team of client service representatives and managers, ensuring that all documents are issued and all data is inputted accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain client files, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Issue policies, endorsements, and amendments, adhering to established procedures.
- Process invoices, quotes, letters, and other documents as required, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Issue certificates and send correspondence as needed.
- Coordinate new and renewal broker licenses for the team, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Perform miscellaneous duties and special projects as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
Requirements
- College diploma (DEC) or equivalent.
- Experience in a similar position, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Knowledge of EPIC, an asset.
- Bilingual with strong verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
- Good knowledge of the MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
