Cargo Sales Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our cargo sales efforts in Canada. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the air charter, aviation, freight forwarding, logistics, or travel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify opportunities to grow the business in new and existing markets to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Represent the organization at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations to identify further business opportunities and raise profile and brand recognition of the Chapman Freeborn Group.
  • Develop and maintain operator/vendor relationships within the region.
  • Expose the company to a wider audience and promote all group products and services to new clients.

Sales Strategy:

  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities across all cargo products and within key verticals.
  • Develop regional sales strategy, including key focus areas and new and existing clients.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new clients, as well as suppliers.
  • Develop specific commercial plans and implement related business objectives in line with overall strategies.

Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of the local market.
  • Experience in the Aviation, Cargo, and/or Air Charter industry.
  • Strong relationship building, account management, and customer service skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making aptitude.
