Job Description

The Role:

  • Lead customer onboarding processes and develop implementation strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders while serving as their trusted adviser for platform adoption.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively identify opportunities for expanded platform usage.
  • Collaborate with product teams to channel customer feedback into product development.
  • Create and execute customer success plans that align with clients' business objectives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to demonstrate ROI and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Drive product adoption through training sessions and best practice sharing.
  • Manage renewal processes and identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3+ years of operational experience in the construction industry, preferably as a Project Manager, Site Manager, or Site Engineer.
  • 3+ years of customer success experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex implementations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience presenting to C-level executives.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and explain complex solutions.
  • Experience with customer success tools and methodologies.
  • Construction industry knowledge or experience with enterprise software implementation is highly valued.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
