Director, Organizational Change Lead - Enterprise Performance Transformation

Job Summary:

This role will lead organizational, business, and technology change required to enable sustainable adoption of new ways of working introduced through our Enterprise Performance Transformation program. The successful candidate will work with internal support and consulting teams throughout the transformation journey, co-designing, developing, and deploying required change activities.

What You'll Be Doing:

You will bring extensive experience in organizational change management for enterprise transformations. You will have strong emotional intelligence, leadership skills, problem-solving abilities, engaging communication skills, and a collaborative attitude.

In addition, you'll have specific experience and personal attributes gained across various enterprise transformations to apply within this role:

  • Develop and enact a change strategy to support multi-year projects
  • Maintain the change strategy program throughout the transformative process, including compliance with deadlines
  • Analyze and solve problems using data-driven approaches
  • Apply strategic thinking to deliver the adoption of organizational change
  • Define and deliver integrated change strategies and roadmaps
  • Present complex change journeys and engage stakeholders
  • Build and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Work with internal centers of excellence to support and enable work
  • Manage third-party relationships
  • Lead workstreams within large complex programs

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 10+ years of experience in organizational change management
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise transformations
  • 3+ years of experience in a global multi-faceted organization
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's or equivalent professional qualifications preferred
  • Experience defining, designing, developing, and deploying organizational change workstreams
  • Passion for unlocking the value and power of technology and digitalization
  • Deep insights into current trends and issues in the organizational change profession
  • Credibility in leading organizational change within enterprise transformations
  • A collaborative attitude and positive approach

Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience
