Key Responsibilities:
- Leverage expertise in payments transformation to drive business growth, improve customer experience, and reduce risk.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including technology, architecture, and lines of business, to deliver large-scale payments transformation initiatives.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform payments strategy.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including executive leadership, to ensure alignment and buy-in.
- Provide thought leadership on payments innovation and stay up-to-date on industry developments.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or product management certificate, and/or 10+ years relevant experience.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale payments transformation initiatives.
- Thorough understanding of Canadian money movement capabilities and ecosystem.
- Knowledge of competitor and market trends.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
