Job Summary

S.i. Systems seeks a highly experienced Strategic Enterprise Architecture Lead for Digital Transformation to guide executives through transformation and optimization initiatives, formulating business strategies that drive revenue growth, cost optimization, and risk mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead analysis of business and operating models, market trends, and technology industry impact on enterprise strategy, direction, and architecture.
  • Provide perspective on organizational readiness to change and innovate through scenario planning techniques.
  • Use planning-driven, design-driven, and learning-driven approaches to construct future- and current-state business models.
  • Facilitate business and IT alignment, connecting strategy to execution.
  • Translate and guide execution of business strategy to achieve targeted business outcomes.
  • Develop diagnostic and action-oriented deliverables to support investment decisions.
  • Lead analysis of business' future-state capabilities and future IT environment to detect critical gaps and opportunities.
  • Identify organizational requirements for resources, structures, and cultural changes necessary to support enterprise architecture.
  • Present gap analyses and/or IT investment roadmaps reflecting existing IT landscape's ability to contribute to future-state business capabilities.
  • Develop implementation plan for enterprise architecture based on business requirements and varying IT strategies.
  • Scan emerging technologies and business ecosystem for major disruptive trends affecting business.
  • Track and apply innovative technologies, anchoring them in business and operating model to assess their potential.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in specialized enterprise architecture and solution architecture experience enabling large-scale business transformations.
  • Experience developing strategy and managing network and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
  • Experience with various enterprise tools (ERP, CRM, WHS, HCM, MES) and Cloud Technologies (Azure).
  • Knowledge of business ecosystems (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, microservices, predictive analytics).
  • 4+ years of University education in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related discipline; M.B.A. is an asset.
  • Experience working in large/complex organizations in a Utility, Industrial, or similar sector.
  • Experience driving industry 4.0 initiatives.

Estimated Salary Range: $160,000 - $200,000 per year

Location: Pickering, ON (5-days on-site)
