Job Title: Housekeeping Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Quality Inn & Conference Centre Festival.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and train a team of housekeeping staff to ensure exceptional cleanliness and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and supervise daily housekeeping operations, including room cleaning, laundry, and linen management.
  • Inspect and maintain the cleanliness and organization of all guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Supervise and mentor housekeeping staff to improve performance and job satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a housekeeping or facilities management role.
  • Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality or a related field an asset.
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent full-time position.
  • 30 hours per week.
  • English language required.
