Job Title: Executive Housekeeping Manager

The Bruce Hotel is seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeping Manager to join our team. As a key member of our housekeeping department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping staff, ensuring that our guests receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews
  • Coordinate inspection of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met
  • Supervise staff to ensure they are meeting departmental policies and safety standards
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms
  • Coordinate in-house laundry services and schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff
  • Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of quality
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking
