Executive Housekeeping Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Housekeeper to join our team at The Bruce Hotel.
Job Summary:The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained. This includes supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating inspections, and maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews
- Coordinate inspection of assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards
- Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet departmental policies and safety standards
- Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure efficient operations
- Coordinate in-house laundry services and schedule duties of housekeeping staff
- Ensure compliance with local health and sanitation regulations
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in housekeeping or a related field
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
