We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at Quality Inn & Conference Centre Festival. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Site Inspections: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, cost estimates, and financial records to ensure the efficient operation of our housekeeping department.
- Service Coordination: Coordinate with other departments to ensure that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
- Work Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure that our facilities are cleaned and maintained efficiently.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Supervision: 3-4 people
- Work Language: English
- Hours: 30 hours per week
