Job Title: Executive Housekeeper

We are seeking an experienced Executive Housekeeper to join our team at The Bruce Hotel.

Job Summary

The Executive Housekeeper will be responsible for overseeing the housekeeping operations, ensuring that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained. This includes supervising housekeeping staff, coordinating inspections, and maintaining inventory of supplies and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and coordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews
  • Coordinate inspection of assigned areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Supervise and train housekeeping staff to ensure they meet the hotel's standards
  • Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, and uniforms to ensure efficient operations
  • Coordinate in-house laundry services and ensure that all linens and uniforms are clean and well-maintained
  • Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff to ensure that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained
  • Coordinate dry cleaning and valet services to ensure that all guest belongings are clean and well-maintained
  • Ensure that local health and sanitation regulations are carried out to maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff
Work Environment

The Executive Housekeeper will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multitask. The role involves standing for extended periods and working in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
