Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Specialist to join our team at Monzek Consulting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for aligning Provincial Client Registry (PCR) with Immunization data from the ministry, supporting data alignment activities for the Immunization Repository project, and contributing to the Integrated Project Plan for PCR alignment and related dependencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Align Provincial Client Registry (PCR) with Immunization data from the ministry.
  • Support data alignment activities for the Immunization Repository project.
  • Contribute to the Integrated Project Plan for PCR alignment and related dependencies.
  • Ensure data requirements are met within the repository as specified by Ontario Health (OH) and the Ministry of Health (MOH).
  • Conduct data profiling/mapping between PCR and Panorama; address data quality issues post-alignment.
  • Participate in working groups related to PCR and client information.
  • Ensure compliance with integration specifications (PCR, DHDR, IR).
  • Provide knowledge transfer and collaborate with Ontario Health's Remedy SMEs on design and migration decisions.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years' experience with Integration Engines and HL7 (v2, FHIR), Cloverleaf, and IBM InfoSphere DataStage.
  • Strong knowledge of IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) and healthcare systems.
  • Proficient in SQL, SDLC, Quality Assurance, and software development control procedures.
  • Experience with distributed messaging (e.g., Kafka) and container-based development (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with IBM InfoSphere Master Data Management, Immunization workflows, and public health programs.
  • Familiarity with privacy policies (HPPA, FIPPA, PHIPA) and AODA regulations.
  • Experience in politically sensitive environments and diverse organizational cultures.
Work Arrangements

This is a full-time, fixed-term contract position with a contract length of 6 months. The hourly rate for this position is $80.00-$100.00 per hour.

The work location for this position is hybrid remote in Toronto, ON M5V 1R5.
