The Role:

  1. Strategic Development: Formulate and execute comprehensive plans to enhance customer engagement throughout their journey.
  2. Campaign Management: Design and oversee email marketing initiatives and other outreach efforts.
  3. Email Marketing Expertise: Utilize email as your primary channel to nurture prospects, onboard new clients, engage existing users, and re-engage inactive customers. Your communications should be personalized, pertinent, and timely to maximize impact.
  4. Customer Segmentation: Categorize our clientele based on various criteria to improve targeting and effectiveness.
  5. Data Analysis: Examine customer data to uncover trends and insights that can refine our marketing strategies.
  6. Collaborative Efforts: Partner closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 3-7 years in lifecycle marketing or a related field, preferably within a SaaS environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing automation platforms; experience with tools similar to Active Campaign is essential.
  • Analytical Acumen: Strong analytical capabilities are fundamental to your approach, enabling you to transform data into actionable strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are required, with the ability to craft engaging messages tailored to diverse customer segments.
  • Multitasking Ability: You should be adept at managing the various demands of lifecycle marketing, from lead nurturing to customer retention.
  • Proven Success: A track record of successful lifecycle marketing initiatives, supported by data-driven results.

Hybrid Work Policy:
