We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Northern Health Authority. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our residents in a long-term care facility.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver patient-centered care, prioritizing the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify care needs, and provide interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and satisfaction.
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant.
- One (1) year of recent, related acute care or residential experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills within a specific clinical specialty or patient population.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
