Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Mills Memorial Hospital.

Job Summary

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and adhering to the standards of practice set by the BC College of Nurses and Midwives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform assessments, plan, and provide personal care to patients
  • Administer medications and perform nursing procedures
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve patient care goals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements
  • Registration with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN registrant
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to perform the duties of the position
