We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Amani Travel Health Clinics. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing services to patients, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and providing education and support to patients and their families. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing services to patients, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and providing education and support to patients and their families.
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the province/territory of work.
  • Completion of a recognized Licensed Practical Nurse program.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
