About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Member to join our team at Holland Motor Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for our guests, ensuring a high level of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate special events and functions, including menu planning and food preparation.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods, adhering to our high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances, ensuring their safety and satisfaction.
  • Work closely with our dietitian and chef to prepare special meals for patients, following their dietary requirements.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Order supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring our kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth operation.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas, maintaining a high level of hygiene and organization.
