About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Team Lead to join our team at Holland Motor Hotel. As a key member of our kitchen operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and execute menu planning, food preparation, and presentation to meet the needs of our guests.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Order supplies and equipment to maintain optimal kitchen operations.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve kitchen efficiency and productivity.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of physical activity.
