About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Member to join our team at Holland Motor Hotel. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods for guests, including special meals for patients as instructed by a dietitian or chef.
  • Kitchen Management: Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization, and order supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, and provide guidance and support to ensure a smooth and efficient kitchen operation.
  • Cleanliness and Safety: Clean kitchen and work areas, and maintain a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to guests, including responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
