We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Onboarding Manager to join our team at Toromont Cat. This exciting opportunity will play a key role in welcoming new and existing customers to our portfolio of value-added services.

As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers are fully onboarded and utilizing the applications we provide, such as TConnect, THub, Cat Central, and Vision Link. You will work closely with our Sales Teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience across all verticals.

In this role, you will also develop onboarding scripts and work with process owners and IT services to optimize and automate customer onboarding processes. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will enable you to identify critical path tasks and prioritize most relevant actions and deliverables.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a College Diploma in Information Technology, Marketing, or General Business, as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with mobile/digital/eCommerce solutions is also essential.

The estimated salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. At Toromont Cat, we offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development.
