About the Role

This exciting new position will play a vital role in welcoming new and existing customers to the comprehensive portfolio of value-added services offered by Toromont Cat. As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, engaging with them daily over the phone and in person to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accurate influencer data for all new customers, including name, title, role, business email, phone number, and language preference.
  • Register customers on value-added solutions, including TConnect, THub, Cat Central, and Vision Link, and obtain digital authorization, marketing consent, and privacy statements.
  • Develop and evolve onboarding scripts for varying customer scenarios, working with process owners and IT services to optimize and automate customer onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and report on customer feedback to continually improve the onboarding program and meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • College diploma in Information Technology, Marketing, or General Business.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer focus skills.
  • Clear and concise communication skills.
  • Convincing and approachable communication skills.
  • Ability to identify critical path tasks and prioritize most relevant actions and deliverables.
  • 2+ years in Contact Center or Customer Support roles is an asset.
