Job Summary

This role involves assisting with the preparation, integrity and accuracy of annual reports, consolidated and non-consolidated financial statements of the Northwest Territories Housing Corporation (NWTHC) and other financial reports.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with five District controllers and 24 LHO managers to ensure timely reconciliation and reporting of NWTHC consolidated and non-consolidated financial statements.
  • Assist in preparing consolidated and non-consolidated financial statements with hands-on experience using CaseWare and CaseView industry standard working paper and reporting software.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A Commerce/Business degree with a concentration in Accounting.
  • Three years of current, progressive, financial accounting and reporting experience.
Compensation

The salary range for this position is $94,750 - $113,178 per year, plus an annual Northern Allowance of $3,700.
