Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
Job Description:
The Care Coordinator is a critical role in our clinic, responsible for providing administrative support and coordinating patient activities. As a Care Coordinator, you will be the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask will make you an asset to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls, greet patients, and provide exceptional customer service
- Coordinate patient intake, data entry, and scheduling appointments
- Assist patients with paperwork and ensure accurate information
- Collect payments and process invoices
- Track funding streams and ensure approval
- Complete data entry and billing tasks
- Provide administrative support to the Clinic Director and Care Coordinator Manager
Qualifications & Core Competencies:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and multitask
- Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Flexible and adaptable to change
